We had a podcast assignment in class, and my group decided to focus on how female artists are portrayed in such a sexual light. We looked specifically at music videos, including “Blurred Lines” by Robin Thicke, “Wrecking Ball” by Miley Cyrus, “Touch My Body” by Mariah Carey and “Stronger” by Kelly Clarkson.
